• Photos and Videos: When you use the AI face swap features, you may upload photos or videos. These files are used only to generate the AI face-swapped results you request. To allow you to download your original uploads and generated results, we may retain them on our servers for up to 24 hours, after which they are automatically deleted unless you provide separate explicit consent for another purpose.
• Contact Information: If you contact us by email, we may collect your email address and the content you provide so that we can respond to your questions or process your requests.

b. Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: This may include device model, operating system, language settings, and device identifiers.
• Usage Data: This may include app launches, click events, crash logs, feature usage, and related analytics used to improve the product experience.

c. Face-Related Data

• Facial Landmark and Recognition Data: Such data is used only for local or temporary server-side processing to generate the face-swapped content you request.
• Retention: Face-related processing data is not used for ongoing identification, model training, marketing, or profiling. It is deleted after processing is completed or when the up-to-24-hour download window expires.
• Third-Party Processing: During image or video generation, relevant data may be transmitted to servers we operate on Tencent Cloud in the United States region. Tencent Cloud provides infrastructure services only. We do not share your data with other third-party AI providers for model training or other unrelated purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use your information for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve AI face swap features;
• To generate, store temporarily, and display the results you request;
• To identify and fix bugs, improve app performance, and optimize user experience;
• To perform necessary security, fraud prevention, and compliance operations;
• To conduct product analytics using aggregated or de-identified information.

3. Data Storage and Deletion

• Your uploaded photos, videos, and generated results may be retained on our servers for up to 24 hours only to allow you to download them. After that period, they are automatically deleted.
• Analytics, log, and crash data are generally retained for no longer than 90 days unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only where necessary with:

• Cloud service providers, such as Tencent Cloud, to complete the AI processing you request;

• Law enforcement agencies, courts, government authorities, or regulators where required by law.

5. AI Processing and Data Security

To provide AI face swap features, we process your uploaded photos or videos through secure cloud infrastructure. We are committed to the following:

• Your content is used only to complete the face swap processing you request;
• We do not use your photos, videos, or face-related data for model training, advertising, marketing, or user profiling;
• Data transmitted between your device and our cloud servers is protected using SSL/TLS encryption;
• Original uploads and generated results are retained only during the up-to-24-hour download window and are then automatically deleted;
• We do not persistently store biometric templates or facial recognition data for ongoing identification.

6. Your Rights

Depending on the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, withdraw consent, restrict processing, or lodge a complaint regarding your personal information. To provide AI processing services, your information may be transferred to Tencent Cloud servers located in the United States region. We will take reasonable measures to ensure that such transfers comply with applicable legal requirements.

We may update this Privacy Policy due to changes in laws, product features, or service operations. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the application or by other reasonable means.
